About the Role

This is a true outbound sales position. You will generate new business through daily calling, structured follow-up, and disciplined pipeline management.

You will be provided with:

· Leads and prospect lists

o $3,500+ monthly marketing spend per LSP

o One of the largest client bases to cross-sell, ample win-back and requote opportunities

· Proven sales systems

· Clear expectations

· Coaching and accountability

Your success depends on execution.


Performance Expectations

· 35+ new business Allstate Items per month expected

· 25+ new business Allstate Items per month required

· Daily outbound activity is tracked

· Failure to meet standards results in formal performance management


This Role Is NOT For You If You:

· Avoid outbound calling

· Dislike structure or metrics

· Need constant motivation

· Prefer service-focused roles

· Resist feedback or accountability


Compensation

$50,000 - $125,000+ annually

(Base salary plus performance-based bonuses)

· On-Target Earnings: $86,000 (including base and performance-based bonuses)
