To thrive as an OSS Architect, you need strong expertise in telecommunications networks, systems integration, and OSS/BSS frameworks, typically supported by a degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. Familiarity with technologies such as TM Forum standards, service orchestration platforms, and experience with tools like Netcracker, Amdocs, or Ericsson OSS systems is often required. Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills set top candidates apart.
