CGS is seeking a skilledโ€ฏOSINT/PAI Targeting Analystย toย conduct advanced collection, Processing, Exploitation, Dissemination (PED), reporting, and targetingย using publicly available and commercially available data sources.

Skills and attributes for success:ย 
- Interface with the Intelligence Community to produce intelligence assessments in support of special operations, targeting, HUMINT and exploitation operations, cyber operations, and indications andย warningsย threat estimates.ย ย 
- Fuse publicly available andย commercially available information for multi-intelligence assessments.ย 

Qualifications:ย 
- Minimum ofย sixย (6) years of total experienceย as an intelligence analyst within theย 
DoD or the Intelligence Community.ย 
- Minimum of three (3) years of specific experience in OSINT/PAI exploitation directly supporting special operations, intelligence operations, kinetic/non-kinetic targeting, and/or HUMINT lead development. Prior experience providing OSINT analytic support to special operations in preferred. (Note: experience with traditional/legacy OSINT duties (i.e.ย reviewing, translating, and/or reporting on feeds from domestic or foreign PAI, social media, or news sources) will not be considered equivalentย experience).ย 
- Minimum two (2) years of experience with digital signature reduction.ย 
- Advancedย proficiencyย in the current suite of available all-source intelligence tools, databases, and repositories, as well as analytic and targetingย methodology.
- Advancedย proficiencyย with the current suite of available specific OSINT/PAI tools, databases, and repositories, as well as OSINT research andย methodology, and a strong understanding of the digital information environment (including social media, the internet, commercially available data, and deep/dark web data sources).ย 
- Advanced understanding of OSINT/PAI authorities, regulations, and policy.ย ย 
- Superior written communications skills andย proficiencyย with the Microsoft Office suite of applications.ย 
- Superior verbal briefing skills, withย demonstratedย history of briefing at the O5/GS14 level or above.ย 
- Active DoD Top Secret/SCI.ย
