The Opportunity:
CACI is looking for an Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) Collector to support a new multi-Intelligence Emerging and Disruptive Biological Effects collection team in Boston, MA at MIT Lincoln Laboratory.
Responsibilities:
  • Conducts open-source intelligence collection of publicly available information on Emerging and Disruptive Technology, biosafety, and biosecurity
  • Identifies trends, protocols, and relationships that provide insight into worldwide biosafety and biosecurity topics
  • Identifies publicly and commercially available data sources of biodefense related data for ingest into MARS
  • Consolidate findings into written reports
  • Collaborate with collectors from other intelligence disciplines and analysts

Qualifications:
Required:
  • Current TS/SCI
  • Current Polygraph or willingness to complete one
  • Any OSINT Certification
  • Experience conducting Open-Source Collection using SILO and/or Bluestone Dark Pursuit or other tools

Desired:
  • Experience conducting OSINT supporting DIA
  • DLPT 2/2 in Mandarin Chinese
  • Min 8 years of experience conducting intelligence analysis with at least a portion of that experience in the last 2 years.
  • Bachelor's degree in biology, epidemiology, public health or another medical related field.
