Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and enforce company safety policies, procedures, and programs across all job sites
  • Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards
  • Lead safety orientations, toolbox talks, and ongoing safety training for field personnel
  • Investigate workplace incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and prepare detailed reports with corrective actions
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, local codes, and company safety standards
  • Maintain accurate safety records, documentation, and incident logs
  • Collaborate with project managers and site superintendents to promote a strong safety culture
  • Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure adherence to safety requirements on all projects
Requirements:
