Job Title: Construction Safety Manager – Atlanta Area


Safety Pro Solutions is looking for a dependable, hardworking Construction Safety Manager to support projects throughout Atlanta and the surrounding areas.


This is a field-based position—not a desk job. We need someone comfortable actively working alongside construction crews for 8–12 hours per day and approximately 40–60 hours per week, depending on project demands. Candidates must be willing to start early and work outdoors in hot, cold, and changing weather conditions.


Responsibilities:

  • Maintain an active safety presence in the field
  • Conduct jobsite safety inspections and observations
  • Identify hazards and help crews correct unsafe conditions
  • Enforce company, customer, and OSHA safety requirements
  • Communicate professionally with employees, supervisors, and project management
  • Lead toolbox talks and assist with daily safety documentation
  • Follow up on corrective actions and help prevent incidents
  • Be dependable, punctual, and ready to work each scheduled day


Qualifications:

  • Construction safety or related field experience
  • OSHA 30 Construction certification preferred
