OSD Coordinator – 77066
Position Summary
The OSD Coordinator is responsible for managing inventory discrepancies, shipment exceptions, and operational support activities to ensure timely resolution of overages, shortages, damages, and inventory variances. This role works closely with customers, warehouse operations, transportation providers, and internal teams to investigate issues, maintain accurate records, and support operational continuity.
Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and resolve overage, shortage, and discrepancy (OSD) cases.
  • Monitor and manage inbound and outbound exception mailboxes.
  • Process and track SAP transactions related to inventory discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with warehouses, suppliers, carriers, and customers to identify root causes and corrective actions.
  • Review proof of delivery, shipment documentation, and inventory records to support investigations.
  • Process and monitor RDC and DSC inbound and outbound OSD activities.
  • Manage courier shipments and Air Waybill (AWB) processing.
  • Submit and monitor IT tickets for system-related issues impacting operations.
  • Maintain detailed records of investigations, resolutions, and corrective actions.
  • Support inventory accuracy initiatives and operational reporting.
  • Provide backup support for team members across multiple functions.
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts to reduce recurring discrepancies and process inefficiencies.
Qualifications
Experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, inventory control, or supply chain operations.
Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to investigate discrepancies and determine root causes.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
