Job Description:

• Paperwork and documentation

• Prepare all payments for accountant (Consulting company)

• Contacting with all supplier and office services

• Ordering office supplies and stuff for the successful functioning of the office

• Performs administrative and office support activities

• Record and maintain files

• Compose and type letters, other documentation

• Perform various administrative duties such as filing, word processing, making copies, and data entry and execute additional tasks assigned by CM

• Investigating and resolving customer problems / complaints

• Update customer database with sales orders, delivery, and payment details.

• Negotiating and agreeing with Registration manager all details concerning registration process, correcting technical details in contracts and other applications, documents.

• Preparing declarations of conformity, labelling drafts etc.

• Coordinate with registration departments of all manufacturers that need to register to keep the registration process on schedule.

• Collecting and checking registration documents.

• Processing and managing orders

• Customer support regarding orders, delivery and shipment dates.

• Mostly time work from home ( visiting office by needs)

Job Requirements:

• Resides in Ukrain

• Very good knowledge of English written and spoken

• Good Computer skills (Windows package: Excel, Word, Outloo

• Proven record of sales team management

• Prior experience of Tender Business management

• Proven negotiation skills

• Excellent numeric skills and proficiency in the use of websites, Windows Office environmen

• Fluent in English and Ukrainian language.

• Ability to build strong working relationships (internal/external)

• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written

• Highly flexible

• Well organized

• Good Computer skills (Windows package: Excel, Word, Outlook)
