Overview

CTG’s long-standing Fortune 500 client is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator II to support high-volume domestic and international order management operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong ERP system experience and a customer-first mindset.

Type: Contract
Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator II
Location: Corning, NY
Candidates must be able to commute and work onsite in Corning, NY
Pay Rate: Based on experience
Work Hours: M-F 8am-5pm
Education: Associate degree or similar relevant work experience required

Top Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end domestic and international customer orders with accuracy and timeliness
• Enter, validate, and process orders using PeopleSoft and SAP systems
• Coordinate export logistics and shipment workflows using Origin Manager
• Track shipments, resolve delays, and ensure on-time delivery commitments are met
• Maintain customer profiles, pricing agreements, and order data in enterprise systems
• Process credits, rebates, RMAs, and billing adjustments
• Collaborate with logistics, finance, planning, QA, transportation, and global customer teams
• Respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours
• Support RFQs, quoting, and sales reporting activities
• Ensure compliance with customs and shipping regulations

Required Skills & Experience
• 2+ years in Customer Service or corporate operations environment
• Experience with ERP/order management systems (PeopleSoft and/or SAP preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in high-volume environments
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, SharePoint)
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

Preferred Skills
• Experience with logistics coordination and international shipping processes
• Familiarity with Origin Manager or similar logistics platforms
• Excel proficiency for reporting and analysis
• Experience working in cross-functional global environments
