Description

The Organizational Change Management team is seeking a Change Management professional to support enterprise transformation initiatives across the organization.

This individual will work closely with a small OCM team supporting large-scale initiatives including policy system modernization, Dynamics CRM expansion, Databricks adoption, AI implementations, and enterprise change capability rollout programs.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting with organizational change management activities across multiple projects

Coordinating readiness assessments and stakeholder surveys

Supporting training development and delivery efforts

Managing training schedules, invitations, communications, and attendance tracking

Creating and maintaining training materials using AI tools such as Claude and Synthesia

Analyzing survey results and helping develop recommendations

Supporting stakeholder engagement and adoption activities

Collaborating with project teams, business leaders, HR, communications, and training partners

Maintaining OCM documentation, templates, and reporting

Supporting enterprise-wide change capability and change practitioner training initiatives

The ideal candidate possesses change management experience, excellent organizational abilities, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
