**Janitorial Technician – Harris ML Group (Jani-King Franchise)**
Harris ML Group, an authorized franchise of Jani-King Commercial Cleaning Services, is currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented **Janitorial Technician** to join our team. In this role, you will help maintain clean, safe, and orderly environments for our clients.
 **Key Responsibilities**
* Maintain buildings in a clean and orderly condition
* Perform heavy cleaning duties, including floor care (sweeping, mopping, etc.)
* Complete routine maintenance and cleaning tasks
* Organize and maintain custodial closets and supply areas
* Ensure cleaning equipment remains in good working condition
* Work effectively both independently and alongside team members
**Qualifications**
* Ability to stand for extended periods (2–3 hours consecutively)
* Capable of handling a physically demanding workload
* Ability to lift at least 15 lbs
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Commercial cleaning experience preferred, but not required
 **Schedule Requirements**
* Availability to work **Monday through Friday**, with occasional Saturdays
* Must be available to start at **6:30 PM nightly**
