JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary/Objective
Responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals by generating leads through networking, prospecting, referrals, and account rounding. Responsible for conducting needs assessments, providing insurance proposals, and recommending coverage options to clients. Responsible for working in conjunction with Team Members to service current clients by maintaining ongoing relationships with those clients’ ownership teams, through continued stewardship, risk assessment, and risk management.

Required Education and Experience

  1. High School Diploma or GED
  2. Insurance License

Preferred Education and Experience

  1. Bachelor’s degree from a college or technical school with a focus on business, marketing, or related field
  2. Minimum of 3 years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  3. Prior insurance sales experience
