Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP SD solutions.

  • Configure and customize SAP SD modules (Sales Orders, Deliveries, Billing, Pricing, Credit Management, etc.).

  • Work on integration of SD with other SAP modules like MM, FI, and WM.

  • Manage master data related to customers, pricing, materials, etc.

  • Provide support for SAP SD incidents, changes, and enhancements.

  • Conduct system testing, documentation, and training for end-users.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for implementation and upgrade projects.

  • Participate in global rollouts and post-go-live support.
