Job Summary:
 The Order Processing Coordinator is responsible for accurately and efficiently processing customer orders, ensuring timely fulfillment and excellent service. This role involves coordinating with various departments such as sales, warehouse, and shipping, as well as managing the printing and sorting of order documents to support smooth order handling.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and review customer orders for accuracy and completeness.
  • Enter orders into the system promptly and accurately.
  • Print orders, invoices, packing slips, and other related documents.
  • Sort and group similar orders for efficient processing.
  • Communicate with customers and internal teams regarding order status, delays, or issues.
  • Resolve order or shipment discrepancies and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and customer communications.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address order-related inquiries.
  • Assist the warehouse in organizing and sorting marketing materials.
  • Provide backup support to customer service during peak periods.


Qualifications/Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is a plus
  • 1–3 years of experience in order processing, data entry, customer service or a related administrative role
  • Experience with Shopify or any other order management systems
  • Onsite position


Pay Range: $26.00-$30.00/Hour
