Job description

Position Summary: Process Dumper is responsible for maintaining product identification and organization of product. Removing product from oven screens and placing into collection tubs with proper identification.


Essential Functions and Related Responsibilities:


  • Communicate with the departing shift to determine product being dumped and any necessary information.
  • Visually inspect area and for any safety issues or conditions and report to supervisor immediately.
  • Communicate with Supervisor for product dumping order.
  • Unload products from oven screens as needed.
  • Practice all safety and GMP policies.
  • Organize and keep product in order.
  • Remove trash and general housekeeping.
  • Assist in cold-room operations when requested.
  • Communicate with oncoming shift product status before shift change.

Job Qualified

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.   • Must be detailed oriented
  • Must be 18 years of age

Education/Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


Language Ability:

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.


Math Ability:

Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.


Reasoning Ability:

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.


Computer Skills:

No computer skills required.
