Hiring: Inventory Control & Order Processing Coordinator

Location :North Chicago, IL 60064

Key Responsibilities:
• Audit inventory in Manhattan, SAP, and ADMS systems to maintain inventory accuracy
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies during daily order processing
• Process rejected, expired, short-dated, quarantined, or reworked materials
• Support Quality and Manufacturing teams with inventory control activities
• Manage customer order queues and release deliveries to meet shipping timelines
• Monitor system error logs and resolve issues in Manhattan, SAP, and ADMS
• Support Distribution and Receiving teams during peak demand periods
• Compile, analyze, and report operational metrics and key performance indicators
• Assist with employee training activities and support operations across multiple sites

Required Skills:
• Strong inventory control and order processing experience
• Ability to manage inbound/outbound calls and work with internal ticketing systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Understanding of warehouse, shipping, logistics, and distribution workflows

Preferred Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience with SAP, Manhattan, ADMS, warehousing, logistics, or distribution operations preferred
