Summary:
Under the directions of the Customer Service Manager, the Operations Coordinator supports the day-to-day activities of the operations team to ensure efficient business processes. This role involves coordinating workflows, managing administrative tasks, tracking performance metrics, and assisting with process improvements to enhance productivity and organizational effectiveness.
Responsibilities of the Operation Coordinator include, but are not limited to:
• Coordinating daily operational activities
• Supervising assigned personnel
• Driving process efficiency
• Monitoring KPI's
• Supporting inventory and order management
• Ensuring compliance with company procedures
• Serving as a key liaison between branch operations, customers, vendors, and corporate departments.
• The role includes direct leadership responsibilities and accountability for operational execution and team development.
Qualifications of the Operations Coordinator include, but are not limited to:
• Preferably, 2-4 years of experience in operations, logistics, or administrative coordination.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); ERP system experience, and P21 experience is a plus.
• Ability to analyze data and generate reports.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Physical Demand: Standard office environment; occasional shop & Field visits as needed
