Job Overview

An Order Review Specialist supports customers and manufacturing with ensuring order accuracy. A specialist will maintain the ability to respond to internal order inquiries efficiently and on any level.  They will provide helpful information and answer questions regarding order entry.  A specialist will perform at a highly professional level to ensure excellent order standards.  

Highlights of your role
  • Will partner with an Architectural Project Manager to analyze and correct project orders in OMS (Order Management System) and in ICIM (manufacturing software) before they reach manufacturing to produce
  • Analyze dealer entered comments for specialty products and parts that are not standard offerings in OMS.
  • Research original order information to ensure customers receive what they need to fulfill the warranty claims and prevent a repeat field service order. Will work with a Customer Care Agent to find an alternative if required. Check validity of product vs entered product on orders
  • Provide professional, timely and courteous communication with internal customers including interaction with tech support, architectural, special calculations, and sales area.
  • Apply problem solving skills to resolve issues.
  • Will assist dealers and all Customer Service departments in training opportunities as needed.
  • Will be responsible for executing order changes.
