Job Duties

Answer high volume of incoming calls within established goals with a positive and confident voice and tone

Support company outreach initiatives (Outbound)

Answer questions about the product details, the company, and issues with account for the customers

Input orders and complete other data entry with accuracy within presented timeframe

Prompt acknowledgement of orders received through email or fax from outside sales reps or retailers within 24 hours of receipt

Understand product lines and be able to answer questions with ease

Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems

Research business partner's order history to answer inquiries

Provide exceptional service and satisfy needs of all OGI and Scojo Outside Sales Reps

Follow up with customer calls where necessary

Participate in trainings and actively maintain and develop product and systems knowledge on an ongoing basis

Assist customers with any technical issues experienced with the Company website and escalate any issues to management appropriately

Support other functions of the business as needed

Ability to quickly assimilate new technical and software skills

Ability to juggle multiple tasks under pressure and prioritize work to meet deadlines

Add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measurement, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals

Use common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, verbal, or diagram form

Strong interpersonal skills for working in a fast paced, team environment

Minimum Education Required

High School/GED

Associate degree Preferred

Minimum Experience Required

Minimum of two years multichannel inbound/outbound (phone, email, fax, text) customer service experience

Minimum of two-year experience with computers in an office environment

Manual dexterity, precision skills and good eye-hand coordination to use small hand tools and computer data entry

Excellent fine motor skills and communication skills to interact effectively with OGI team and Outside Sales Representatives

Great organization skills: Capable of handling multiple tasks. Ability to prioritize

Ability to quickly assimilate new technical and software skills

Ability to juggle multiple tasks under pressure

Working conditions: Office and warehouse environment, standing, sitting at a desk for long periods of time, occasionally bending and reaching for product. Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.

Physical/sensory requirements & environmental settings: Combination of sitting/standing, walking, bending twisting, typing, able to lift 5 to 25 lbs.
