Immediate Opening

Tom Kadlec Kia is looking for a friendly, motivated communicator to join our sales support team.

In this role, you will work with customers who have contacted us about purchasing a vehicle. You will answer questions, continue the conversation by phone, text, and email, and help schedule appointments with our sales team.

This is not a vehicle-sales position, and automotive experience is not required. We provide training, technology, scripts, and ongoing coaching to help you succeed.

What You’ll Do
  • Respond to customers who inquire about vehicles online or by phone
  • Build rapport and learn what each customer is looking for
  • Answer basic questions and schedule dealership appointments
  • Follow up with customers by phone, text, and email
  • Confirm upcoming appointments
  • Maintain accurate information in our customer-management system
  • Work closely with the sales team to provide a smooth customer experience

This is a fast-paced position where you will stay engaged, speak with many different people, and play an important role in helping customers find their next vehicle.

Pay and Earning Opportunity
  • $18–$20 per hour based on experience
