Job description

As a Fulfillment Associate, you will ensure customer orders are processed efficiently and shipments are handled accurately. You will coordinate with third-party vendors, perform inventory checks, and maintain documentation to support smooth operations. Your role will be essential in meeting customer service standards and optimizing order fulfillment processes.

In this role, you will report to the Manager, Fulfillment and work from our local office in St. Cloud, MN.

Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage customer orders.

  • Coordinate shipping and logistics.

  • Communicate with third-party vendors for order fulfillment.

  • Conduct regular inventory checks and updates.

  • Maintain operational documents and records.

  • Assist in preparing volume and demand planning analyses.

  • Address customer inquiries with enhanced responsiveness.

  • Identify and report operational inefficiencies.

  • Support the team with administrative tasks.

  • Assist in training new team members on basic tasks.

Compensation:

$29,200.00 - $48,900.00 USD

Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position. Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location.
