Description
We are seeking an individual for a Leadership position for our Parts Ordering Team. This Team / Department consistently submits automotive parts orders each day throughout the day, researches and matches invoices on our Manufacturers website, and codes invoices to ensure accurate payment timelines.
We are looking for an individual with excellent Leadership and administrative abilities that will be a positive representative for our business. This position requires someone who is detail-oriented with accuracy, organized, able to multi-task, can work independently as well as with a Team, and has excellent communication skills.
This position will be responsible for:
  • Leading and supervising all daily functions within the Ordering Team, including coverage for and timely input of all manufacturer orders each day.
  • Learning, understanding and overseeing all aspects of the CDK parts ordering process and how each manufacturer download process relates.
  • Learning, understanding and overseeing the exception reporting processes with receiving for each manufacturer.
  • Learning, understanding and overseeing the Invoice roll process for special order parts.
  • Learning, understanding and overseeing the integrity of open orders and ensuring older and aged orders are audited and verified for each manufacturer.
  • Learning, understanding and overseeing the various manufacturers automated stock replenishment processes and any supplemental stock ordering processes.
  • Learning, understanding and overseeing the GM and Ford truckload programs to maximize manufacturer discounts.
  • Downloading and ordering parts multiple times throughout the day for various manufacturers.
  • Auditing exception reports from the previous day's orders and billing routines.
  • Assisting our Parts Ordering Team with manufacturer ordering questions.
  • Consistently executing old order clean up routines.

The scheduled workdays are Monday through Friday, and the work hours are 8:00am to 5:30pm.
The starting hourly pay rate range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00+ and will be evaluated based upon relevant skills, training, experience, education and other job-related factors permitted by law.
