CompanyOverview

TITLE:    Oral Surgeon (Job Code: MW0319)

DUTIES:    Provide surgical services at three office locations in the Denver, Colorado Metropolitan area. Perform a full scope of Oral Surgery procedures including Wisdom Teeth extraction, Oral Pathology, Orthognathic and Reconstructive Surgery, Implant placement, and Maxillofacial Trauma Management. Provide full-scope of dental implant surgical management, including a focus on full arch dental rehabilitation with the All-on-4 treatment. Provide clinical leadership and support, while working in partnership with Board Certified Prosthodontists who have specialized training to reconstruct a dental patient's mouth with dental implants, crowns, bridges, veneers, or dentures. Maintain a valid license to provide oral and maxillofacial surgery in Colorado. Maintain IV sedation Certification and partake in continuing education for surgical professionals. Professional development through clinical leadership and mentoring. Contribute to the promotion of delivering a distinctive patient experience and high standard of patient care. Demonstrate strong patient centric and experience mindset, while building relationships with referring general dentists. Supervise a team of 5 Dental Assistants, 2 Dental Treatment Coordinators, and 3 Office Managers. 

REQUIREMENTS:  

DMD or DDS (or foreign equivalent) and certificate in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:      Licensed to practice oral and maxillofacial surgery in Colorado.    Board Certified by American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.    Colorado Dental Board Deep Sedation / General Anesthesia Certificate.    Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification.    Ability to maintain local hospital privileges.     Experience in placement of dental implants for fixed hybrid dental prosthesis including zygomatic implants.    Leadership experience in managing and directing clinical staff.

OTHER:    Job Sites: Colorado Springs, CO; Englewood, CO; and Lakewood, CO;  32.5-36 hours/week;  Compensation: $240.00 - 375.00 per hour + benefits.  Benefits include medical, dental, vision, matching 401k and malpractice insurance coverage.  If offered employment must have legal right to work in U.S.  EOE.  The application window is anticipated to close August 7, 2026.
