This position entails didactic teaching of predoctoral and postdoctoral students, clinical teaching of predoctoral students and oral pathology residents and participation in the College's dental faculty practice, including the oral biopsy service and clinical consultations. The position offers opportunities for mentoring predoctoral and postdoctoral students in scholarly work and participation in College/University service is expected. Other duties include supporting the overall mission of the division, participating in university and college governance, contributing to the college's continuing education programs, and practicing in the college's affiliated intramural. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.**Performance Objectives*** Promote evidence-based teaching skills in an education setting, proficiency in oral pathology and a strong track record of scholarly activity.* Successful participation in and directorship of predoctoral and residency level courses, including preparation and distribution of course materials, course scheduling, creation of course assessments and managing course grades.* Provide interdisciplinary mentoring to students.* Demonstrate collaboration between college divisions.* Participate in college, university, local, state or national committees. Certification by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology.
