Job Description

Position: Business System Analyst

Location; Salem, OR

Duration: 6 Months

Looking for an experienced business systems analyst to bring their analysis, documentation and web-based training development skills to bear to ensure that the process changes the software will introduce can be successfully adopted by the target user groups.

This Business Systems Analyst IV will provide business and technical analysis support to the ASPEN AFH Project. It is imperative that this resource has expert level skills and experience, enabling them to be immediately effective in assisting the ASPEN AFH Project team. This is a multi-faceted position demanding analysis, writing and other communication skills, and training. A person in this position must be able to carry out multiple assignments with little direction and design and complete efforts independently.

  • Reviews, analyses, and evaluates business systems and user needs.
  •  Documents requirements, defines scope and objectives, and formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. 
  • Requires a bachelor's degree in area of speciality and at least six years or equivalent experience in the field or in a related area.
  •  Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. 
  • Relies on extensive experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals. 
  • Performs a variety of tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
