Job Description
7+ years' experience as Business System Analyst
Bachelor's in Information Systems, Business or related field
Business System Analyst experience in CRM/ERP applications in a multiple application environment is required
BSA experience/knowledge of Order Fulfillment Systems in Telecom or Data Center Industry is preferred
BSA experience in Siebel Quote, Orders, Work Orders, Activities, Trouble ticket, Assets experience is highly preferred
BSA experience in Quote to Cash with a focus on Order Fulfillment, Install Base, Field Service, Service Contracts, Supply Chain in Oracle E Business Suite may also be considered
Hands on Knowledge in Siebel, SFDC is preferred
Agile development methodologies
PRINCE2 Foundation Certification/Six Sigma Yellow Belt/PMP/Scrum Master - Preferred
ITIL Foundation Certification
Networking certification CCNA/CCNP,/JNCP is a plus but not mandatory.
