Summary:

TheOracleFusionStaff SoftwareEngineer,is a hands-on technical role responsiblefor thedesign, development, and delivery of Oracle Fusion technical solutions, integrations, reporting capabilities, and platform extensions. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, architects, and engineers to deliver scalable Oracle solutions aligned to enterprise standards.

The ideal candidate brings deep Oracle Fusion technical experience, strong integration knowledge, and the ability to design, develop, test,deploy, and supportour stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical design and development for Oracle Fusion solutions across Finance, SCM, ERP, and related modules.

  • Provide technical guidance for Oracle Fusion reporting, integrations, extensions, and data movement solutions.

  • Develop and support FBDI, ESS, OTBI, BIP, FDI, and BICC solutions.

  • Build and review SQL and PL/SQL solutions supporting Oracle Fusion development.

  • Develop and support Oracle Integration Cloud integrations and related Oracle SaaS/PaaS capabilities.

  • DevelopVBS and VBCS development efforts as part of Fusion application extensions.

  • Guide Redwood customization and migration efforts as a preferred capability.

  • Review technical deliverables and ensure alignment withcompanystandards.

  • Mentorengineers andhelp improve development practices, documentation, and code quality.

  • Partner with product owners, business analysts, functional leads, and QA teams to ensure complete end-to-end delivery.

  • Troubleshoot complex Oracle Fusion technical issues and support root cause analysis.

  • Participate in release planning, deployment activities, and post-production validation.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of Oracle technical development, enterprise application development, or software engineering experience.

  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud technical development.

  • Expert-level knowledge of Oracle Finance and Supply Chain Management technical capabilities.

  • Expert-level experience with FBDI, ESS, OTBI, BI Publisher, FDI, and BICC.

  • Expert-levelofOracle Integration Cloud, VBCS, and ORDS.

  • Strong SQL and PL/SQL development experience.

  • Knowledge-level experience with VBS.

  • Knowledge-level experience with App/Page Composer.

  • Ability to provide technical direction, code review, and mentoring.

  • Strong communicationskills with the ability to work across business and IT teams.

  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
