Starting at $26/hour
Work Arrangement- Onsite, Monday to Thursday 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM shift, with frequent overtime on Fridays

What you'll do
Melting Operations:Process scheduled heats by melting metal to prescribed alloy specifications safely, accurately, and on time. Daily tasks include monitoring furnace capacity, adjusting alloy compositions, and ensuring production schedules are met. Success means maintaining chemistry accuracy, minimizing scrap, and supporting efficient production flow.
Quality Control:Verify alloy specifications and take samples for review to ensure metal quality meets required standards. This role demands attention to detail and precision in data entry related to heats.
Data Management:Accurately input production data into computer systems including Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Oracle to maintain traceability and support operational reporting.
Physical Demands:Work in a high-heat industrial environment requiring extensive walking, physical agility, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
Team Collaboration:Work closely with a small, team-oriented group under servant leadership, contributing to a culture of safety and production excellence.
Travel Requirements:This role is onsite with no travel expected.
