Job description

Position Title: CRM Administrator

Location: Atlanta, GA

Engagement Type: Contract

Work Mode: Hybrid

Duration: December 2025 – June 2026 

Interview Type: Web Cam or In Person

Role Overview:

This dual-role position combines CRM administration with project coordination responsibilities. The successful candidate will manage and enhance the Oracle Service Cloud CRM system while coordinating various projects to ensure efficient planning and execution. This role plays a key part in CRM development, integrations, and overall process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain CRM settings, user profiles, workspaces, workflows, message templates, surveys, campaigns, databases and permissions.

  • Assist in testing and verification for internal custom code and vendor software releases, patches, and add-ons.

  • Collaborate with Contact Center and Business Analysts teams to identify and recommend operational improvements, enhancements and system customizations.

  • Manage data integrity, including imports, migrations, integrations and data cleanup.

  • Provide application administration, troubleshooting and support for information technology projects, applications and systems including code migration, change control, application security, performance and availability.

  • Develop and maintain Intelligent Advisor interviews within the Oracle Service Cloud suite.

  • Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and resources across multiple teams.

  • Maintain project documentation including Business Requirement Documents, test plans, test results, project plans, and meeting notes.

  • Schedule project meetings to ensure timely updates and issue resolution.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 2-3 years of experience in CRM administration (Oracle Service Cloud, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms)

  • 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or project management

  • Strong proficiency with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

  • Strong proficiency with CRM administration, data management, reporting tools, campaigns, surveys, and Intelligent Advisor

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills

  • Familiarity with project management software (Jira, Trello, Confluence, Asana)

  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior public sector experience

Additional Details:

This is a hybrid position working 8 hours per day, 5 days per week. Local candidates only. The assignment is contingent upon customer renewal and availability of adequate funding. Selected candidates will be expected to start no later than 2 weeks after selection date.
