Job description


Position Summary:
The Oracle Sales Cloud Business Relationship Manager will be responsible for maintaining the relationship with Vertiv Sales Organization in regard to the Opportunity to Order processes supported by the Oracle Sales Cloud applications team. He/She will be the driving systematic identification, analysis, management, monitoring and improvement of Sales Organization relationships in order to target and improve system performance and alignment to business and users needs.
Key Duties
  • Align with various stakeholders on goals and strategies, so to effectively implement and deploy Oracle CX Cloud that satisfy Vertiv Sales Organization and improve business objectives
  • Maintenance of the various process documentation and prioritizing tasks to ensure they meet deadlines and leadership satisfaction
  • Develops strategies to better engage with the Sales Organization and support customer satisfaction goals.
  • Data management and collection for reporting development, regarding system performance and satisfaction
  • Support deployment of system enhancements, service requests (change requests) ensuring solution is scalable and meets overall business requirements and identify/document functional gaps
  • Coordinate regression and integration testing when there is a new release as well as in any situation when quick or detailed testing is a must.
  • Lead or participate in root cause analysis / corrective action for critical issues and incidents
  • Analyze production configuration issues
  • Generate and maintain documentation for changes made to systems.
  • Collaborate with the Project Management Office to estimate the delivery timelines, estimate resourcing needs, and identify risks & issues upfront
  • Escalate issues and requests to vendor or implementation partner and ensure timely resolution.
  • Work effectively with remote team members, outsourced resources, and users to complete tasks.
  • Conduct ongoing quality reviews and analysis of data in Oracle Sales Cloud. Identifies data quality issues and escalates for corrective action
  • Act as liaison with other IT support teams, on the Opportunity to order domain, covering: configurators, workflow tools
  • Strong functional knowledge in the sales space, for large manufacturing organizations

School Background / Working Seniority
  • 5-7 years of experience supporting and delivering enhancements and driving strategy with Oracle Sales Cloud platforms, Oracle CX cloud, Oracle CPQ, Eloqua, Oracle PRM, Oracle ERP
  • 2-3 years experience with Oracle Sales Cloud integrations with other sales platforms, various middlewares
  • IT Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • International experience
  • Experience in an international System Integrator company is a plus

Basic Skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Analytical, and Problem-solving skills are required
  • Versed in work intake assessment, resource prioritization, delivery targets and strategy

Technical / Functional skills
  • Experience with Oracle Sales Cloud platform, Oracle cloud CX (Sales and Service), other CRMs

  • Experience maintaining Functional Requirement Documentation
  • Excellent Leadership and Teamwork skills
  • Process Discipline and Documentation skills essential
  • Ready to move beyond own area of comfort
  • Ability to be adaptable and flexible while responding to deadlines on assignments and workflow fluctuations
  • Knowledge of ITIL v3 is preferred
