How you’ll make an impact in this role
  • End-to-End Physician Sourcing: Lead full-cycle sourcing, pre-screening, and candidate presentation for Physicians and APPs in strict alignment with national legal standards.
  • Executive & GME Partnership: Collaborate with hospital executives and Graduate Medical Education (GME) leaders to align staffing priorities and retain graduating residents.
  • White-Glove Candidate Experience: Serve as the primary point of contact for providers, managing seamless interview hand-offs and customized, high-touch site visits.
  • Targeted Sourcing Campaigns: Partner with marketing and promotions teams to launch strategic recruitment campaigns focused on high-priority specialties and geographic markets.
  • Data-Driven Performance: Maintain accurate Applicant Tracking System (ATS) data to consistently achieve time-to-hire SLAs and recruitment KPIs.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

What additional preferences we're seeking
  • 2+ years of experience in provider or physician recruitment, within a large healthcare system.
  • Experience working in Oracle or similar environments.
  • Thrives in a fast paced and changing work environment, connects daily work to big picture goals (strategic mindset), and positively contributes to team culture.
