As a Senior Manager, Solution Management on the Oracle team, you will be responsible for...

  • Lead the delivery of large, complex Oracle programs and solutions, ensuring alignment to client business objectives, technology strategy, scope, timeline, quality, and expected outcomes.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and senior point of contact for client executives, translating business priorities into practical Oracle solution and delivery strategies.
  • Establish program direction, delivery approach, governance, milestones, and integrated plans across business, functional, technical, data, integration, testing, and change workstreams.
  • Guide the design and implementation of Oracle solutions, including Oracle Cloud, ERP, finance, supply chain, human capital, enterprise performance, or related technology capabilities, based on the engagement's requirements.
  • Lead teams of consulting professionals, solution architects, functional specialists, and delivery partners; assign responsibilities, develop talent, and foster a high-performing team culture.
