We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Controller to lead our accounting and financial operations. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring the financial health of the organization by overseeing accounting processes, maintaining compliance, and providing strategic financial insights to support executive decision-making. Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all day-to-day accounting operations, including the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and month-end/year-end close processes.
  • Prepare accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow reports, and executive financial reporting.
  • Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses while monitoring performance against company goals.
  • Establish and maintain strong internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures to ensure financial accuracy, minimize risk, and safeguard company assets.
  • Coordinate annual audits and serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors while ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local tax regulations.
  • Partner with executive leadership to provide financial insights, identify opportunities for operational improvements, and support strategic business decisions.

Qualifications
