 As an Oracle Cloud Financials Senior Manager, you will be responsible for spearheading the planning, design, and execution of project initiatives across all associated workstreams. This role plays a key part in package selection processes, partnering with stakeholders to scrutinize business value opportunities and ensure business case objectives are realized.

  • Lead Oracle Cloud Finance implementations across large, complex programs, including oversight of multiple project workstreams and cross-functional teams
  • Advise clients on package selection, fit-gap analysis, and solution design to align business requirements with enterprise transformation objectives
  • Partner with executive stakeholders, steering committees, and program leaders to manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and issue resolution
  • Oversee key phases of delivery, including requirements gathering, functional design, configuration, testing, training, and deployment support
  • Build and maintain senior client relationships, mentor teams, and support business development, practice development, and Oracle offering growth

  • 12+ years' experience implementing any combination of Oracle Financials modules
  • Experience leading systems strategy, fit-gap analysis, business process design, requirements gathering, configuration, testing, training, and deployment for Oracle implementations
  • Experience on Oracle implementation projects with total project value exceeding $5 million
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Preferred:

  • Demonstrated executive-level autonomy in managing complex initiatives and competing priorities across large, multi-functional teams.
