Baer is looking for an Oracle Functional EBS Lead for a 9+ month remote project.
Title: Oracle Functional EBS Lead
Location: Remote (Must be based in US)
Duration: 9 months
Rate: All-Inclusive
Alignment: W2 or C2C
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Functional EBS Lead with strong expertise in Core Finance and Oracle EBS. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in Financial Services and experience leading finance transformation and support initiatives.
Description:
  • Lead Oracle EBS functional activities across Core Finance modules.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Support implementation, enhancement, and production support activities.
  • Provide functional solutions for Finance processes including AP, AR, GL, FA, and Cash Management.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for issue resolution and system improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with business and regulatory requirements within Financial Services environments.

Requirements:
  • Strong experience in Oracle EBS Finance modules.
  • Good understanding of Core Finance processes.
  • Background in Financial Services industry.
  • Experience in functional design, testing, and user support.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities.
  • Oracle EBS certification is a plus.
  • Experience in finance transformation or ERP projects preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
