Job description

Job Description
An OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud) Technical Lead is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). They would lead technical teams, provide expertise on integration best practices, and ensure seamless connectivity between on-premises and cloud applications.
This is a Hybrid role, offering flexibility to work two (2) days Remote while collaborating closely with our technical stakeholders in TX and FL. We are not considering candidates requiring Visa sponsorship (i.e. H1, F1, OPT,etc.)
Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather integration requirements.
  • Develop OIC integrations, including REST/SOAP APIs, adapters, and process automation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring performance and scalability.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers and integration teams.
  • Implement best practices for security, error handling, and logging in OIC solutions.
  • Work with Oracle SaaS, PaaS, and on-premises applications to build end-to-end integration solutions.
  • Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to integration architecture standards.
  • Optimize and monitor OIC integrations for efficiency and reliability.
  • Stay updated with Oracle Cloud updates and enhancements to recommend improvements.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Seven (7) or more years of experience in integration development, with at least Five (5) or more years demonstrated experience with OIC.
  • Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Application Integration certification is desirable
  • Technical expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), and Oracle Service Bus (OSB).
  • Experience with RESTful and SOAP web services, XML, XSD, XSLT, and JSON.
  • Knowledge of Oracle ERP, HCM, SCM Cloud integrations is a plus.
  • Proficiency in authentication and security protocols (OAuth, SAML, JWT).
  • Experience with CI/CD tools, version control (Git), and DevOps practices.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
