Are you passionate about driving impactful system transformations and collaborating across teams? We are #hiring a Senior Oracle Functional Specialist - Maintenance Cloud to join us at our Texas corporate location. If you bring strong experience in Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud - particularly within the Maintenance Cloud module - and excel at coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, this role offers a unique opportunity to lead change.
You will lead the end-to-end configuration, design, testing, and support of the Oracle Maintenance Cloud solution, acting as the functional lead and key decision maker. You will play a critical role in transitioning processes from paper-based systems to a fully integrated digital solution. Using your previous hand-on experience, you will implement Maintenance Cloud from the ground up. If you are excited by large-scale implementations and continuous learning, we want to hear from you!
What you will be doing
  • Lead the hands-on implementation of Oracle Maintenance Cloud from design through go-live
  • Configure asset masters and hierarchies, work orders, preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as maintenance programs, planning, shutdowns, and rebuilds
  • Own fit-gap analysis, functional design, and configuration decisions
  • Prepare and validate maintenance data, including assets, PM schedules, and reference data
  • Design and support functional integrations with Inventory, Purchasing, BOM / WIP, Costing, and Fixed Assets
  • Collaborate directly with Maintenance, Reliability, Operations, and Supply Chain teams
  • Execute and support SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and stabilization activities
  • Troubleshoot functional issues hands-on and drive resolution

What we would like from you
  • Over 10 years of functional experience with Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud, specializing in Maintenance Cloud
  • Strong expertise in designing, configuring, and delivering Maintenance Cloud solutions independently
  • Proven record of leading multiple full-cycle Maintenance Cloud implementations as a functional lead
  • Strong understanding of asset-intensive maintenance operations
  • Ability to work autonomously without reliance on large consulting teams
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively partner with and support business stakeholders
  • Experience with other Oracle Fusion ERP modules (e.g., Finance, Procurement, Inventory)
  • Oracle Maintenance Cloud certification would be considered an asset

Location and other key details:
  • This is a full-time permanent position based out of our Texas corporate location
  • The hours of work will be Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
  • 20% travel to BURNCO locations across North America will be required
  • An up-to-date Passport for occasional travel across the Canada / United States border is required
