Job description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:
Functionally strong in Oracle Maintenance Cloud, Install Base, Service Contracts, and Depot Repair modules.
In-depth expertise in Oracle EBS (R12) Install Base, Service Contracts, and Maintenance modules, combined with functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Maintenance Cloud.
Extensive experience in end-to-end migration projects from On-prem EBS Install Base/Service modules to Oracle Fusion Maintenance Cloud, including data conversions, mapping strategies, and post-go-live support.
Expertise in configuring Oracle Fusion Maintenance Cloud, including Assets, Work Orders, Maintenance Requirements, and Preventive Maintenance schedules.
Technical Integration: Good understanding of OIC and SaaS platforms for integrations required during the transition from EBS to Cloud.
Leading the business processes related to asset maintenance and developing optimization strategies.
Evaluating asset lifecycle business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing/implementing solutions within the Fusion framework.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex functional issues in Maintenance and Install Base modules. Experienced in articulating and delivering projects, product orderability, and working with large, diverse, global teams. Experienced on Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
Roles & Responsibilities
Analyze and troubleshoot functional issues related to Oracle Install Base, Maintenance Cloud, Service Logistics, and asset maintenance workflows.
Perform functional configurations in the Oracle Fusion Maintenance Cloud environment as required by the business design.
Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and conduct end-user training workshops for Oracle Maintenance Cloud and Install Base modules.
Coordinate with the technical team for custom report development, data conversion mapping, and engagement activities during the migration from Oracle EBS (R12) to Oracle Fusion Maintenance Cloud.
Coordinate with the project team, attend recurring stakeholder meetings, and provide status reporting to management. Participate in daily project stand-ups to raise and discuss functional issues.
Maintain a positive attitude toward problem resolution and demonstrate the ability to work flexible hours to support business operations during critical phases such as cutover or hypercare.
Work on small functional enhancements, system configuration adjustments, and personalization/customizations to meet evolving business requirements post-implementation.
Salary Range: $94,000 - $140,000 a year
