We are hiring for Oracle Cloud Technical Lead to join our CSS Inc Team. This position is a remote opportunity.

Job Description: CSS is seeking a senior-level Oracle Cloud Technical Lead. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership for the CSS Oracle Cloud consulting practice. The Oracle Cloud Technical Lead will integrate and extend Oracle Cloud SaaS solutions using Platform as a Service (PaaS) offerings such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle Database Cloud Service (DBCS). In addition, the successful candidate will develop proof-of-concept prototypes and initial implementation models and monitor implementation activity to ensure architecture and design principles are upheld.

This Oracle Professional will utilize advanced leadership skills, especially in persuasion, influence, conceptualizing solutions, and problem-solving. The Oracle Cloud Technical Lead will coach and mentor Cloud Technical team members, provide technical development leadership in strategic Oracle Cloud projects, and continuously pursue advanced technical acumen. This individual will also communicate complicated technical concepts effectively to a broad group of stakeholders and participate in special projects, and performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Requirements:

· IT Professional with a bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field, with 8+ years of experience in Oracle ERP implementations.

· Experience as solution architect/lead role in at least two full life cycle Oracle Cloud applications /On-premise implementations.

· Oracle Cloud Software as a Service (SaaS) Technical Development

· Oracle Platform as a Service (PaaS) focuses on Integration Cloud Service, Java Cloud Service, Database Cloud Service.

· Experience with integration development using Oracle Middleware solutions such as SOA Suite / Fusion Middleware.

· Experience working with Dell Boomi.

· Functional concepts and understanding of all Oracle applications.

The Oracle Cloud Technical Lead will provide Oracle Cloud development through leadership and expertise and produce technology roadmaps supporting CSS’ vision and strategy. In addition, this position will utilize a general understanding of the competitive landscape to provide context for development decision-making and ensure implementation solutions support for architecture objectives (availability, scalability, performance, security, etc.), as appropriate. This position will require travel.
