About the Role
Cognizant is seeking a highly experienced Oracle Cloud Technical Architect to lead large-scale, enterprise-wide Finance Transformation programs built on Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP. This role is ideal for a senior technology leader with deep expertise in Oracle Cloud technical architecture, integrations, conversions, extensions, reporting, and solution design who can serve as a trusted advisor to customer IT, PMO, and business leadership teams.
The successful candidate will drive the design and delivery of scalable Oracle Fusion Cloud technical solutions across Finance and Supply Chain domains, leveraging modern technologies including Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS), Oracle APEX, PaaS extensions, and AI-enabled development accelerators such as Microsoft Copilot and GitHub AI.
In this role you will:
  • Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud technical architecture for global Finance Transformation programs.
  • Design and govern Oracle Cloud technical solutions including CEMLI/RICEF components, integrations, conversions, extensions, reporting, and data migration strategies.
  • Architect solutions utilizing OIC, VBCS, Oracle APEX, BI Publisher, PLSQL, HDL, FBDI, and Oracle PaaS services.
  • Partner with business, enterprise architecture, and program leadership teams to align technical solutions with strategic transformation objectives.
  • Provide technical leadership across Finance modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Risk Management, and Revenue Management (RMCS).
  • Support Supply Chain processes including Procurement, Inventory, and Order Management.
  • Drive technical governance, integration strategy, performance tuning, monitoring, error handling, and solution scalability.
  • Lead technical defect triage, regression testing, SIT, UAT support, and production readiness activities.
  • Establish global standards for Oracle Cloud technical deliverables while supporting regional rollout requirements.
  • Communicate technical status, risks, issues, and mitigation plans to executive stakeholders and client leadership teams.
  • Leverage AI-assisted development tools and best practices to enhance delivery quality, productivity, and innovation.

What you need to have to be considered:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • 15+ years of Oracle ERP implementation and transformation experience.
  • 8+ years of hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP technical implementation experience.
  • Extensive expertise in Oracle Cloud technical architecture and solution design.
  • Proven experience with:
    • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
    • Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS)
    • Oracle APEX
    • BI Publisher (BIP) Reporting
    • HDL and FBDI data migration frameworks
    • Oracle PaaS for SaaS extensions
    • PLSQL development
  • Strong experience designing and delivering CEMLI/RICEF components in Oracle Cloud environments.
  • Deep understanding of Oracle Fusion Finance modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, Risk Management, and RMCS.
  • Experience supporting Oracle SCM functions including Procurement, Inventory, and Order Management.
  • Expertise in cloud integrations, technical governance, performance optimization, testing support, and deployment planning.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

  • Experience leading global, multi-country Oracle Fusion Cloud transformations.
  • Expertise in enterprise integration patterns and middleware architecture.
  • Experience utilizing Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, AI-assisted development, and automation accelerators.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, governance, and Finance transformation best practices.
  • Consulting experience leading technical workstreams across large, complex ERP implementations.
  • Experience working directly with executive leadership, PMOs, and enterprise architecture teams.

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $116,100 - $156,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
