Job description

Role Overview 
Elire is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Technical Lead to join our U.S.-based team. This role is ideal for a hands-on technical leader with deep expertise across Oracle Cloud applications (HCM, ERP, SCM) and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
You will lead the design, development, and delivery of integrations, data solutions, and technical components across Oracle Cloud environments. This role requires someone who can own technical solutions end-to-end while collaborating closely with functional teams and delivering high-quality, scalable results for clients.

Key Responsibilities 
  • Design and develop end-to-end integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability
  • Build and support integrations between Oracle Cloud applications (HCM, ERP, SCM) and third-party systems
  • Utilize Oracle Cloud integration endpoints, including REST APIs and SOAP web services, to implement robust integration solutions
  • Guide clients through data conversion processes, including mapping source data to HDL, HSDL, and FBDI formats
  • Support reporting and extract solutions using OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM Extracts
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration and data issues across environments
  • Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Ensure adherence to security, data governance, and Oracle Cloud best practices

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities 
  • Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Integration (OIC) and overall Oracle Cloud ecosystem
  • Hands-on experience across SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS Oracle Cloud offerings
  • Deep understanding of integration patterns (API-based, file-based, event-driven)
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud data tools (HDL, HSDL, FBDI, extracts, reporting)
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Ability to operate as both a technical lead and hands-on contributor

Qualifications 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud or similar enterprise technical environments
  • Proven experience delivering Oracle Cloud integrations and data solutions
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
