Job description

This is a senior-level individual contributor, hands-on Oracle cloud technical role. This individual operates as the primary technical owner for Oracle Cloud ERP and Oracle integration solutions in the Finance workstream, leading with deep expertise, architecture ownership, and cross-functional influence.
What you'll do:
Oracle Cloud Technical Ownership
  • Serve as the technical owner for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) across enterprise finance and operational systems.
  • Drive end-to-end solution delivery including architecture, design, development, deployment, and ongoing support.
  • Partner with Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Operations, and IT to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Define and enforce integration architecture standards, development best practices, and governance.
  • Ensure stability, performance, and reliability of ERP integrations, reporting, and data flows supporting business operations.

Integration Design & Engineering
  • Design and build integrations using OIC, REST APIs, SOAP services, FBDI, HDL, ADFDI, and file-based interfaces.
  • SFTP, File encryption/decryption (PGP), certificate management.
  • Own integration lifecycle including development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
  • Manage inbound and outbound integrations across Oracle ERP, third-party applications, banking systems, and data platforms.
  • Develop reusable integration patterns and automation to improve scalability and reliability.

OIC Platform Ownership & Support
  • Administer and manage OIC, including connections, adapters, security, certificates, agents, and environments.
  • Design integration flows with robust orchestration, routing, and error handling.
  • Monitor performance, troubleshoot production issues, and resolve integration failures.
  • Manage code promotion and deployment across environments.
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions to reduce operational risk.

Reporting & Data Solutions
  • Design and support reporting solutions using BI Publisher, OTBI, and dashboards.
  • Lead data conversion, migration, and reconciliation activities for ERP initiatives, onboarding acquired companies and other enterprise changes.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency through validation and reconciliation across systems.
  • Support enterprise data integrations and reporting processes with strong SQL and data analysis capabilities.
  • Experience in Oracle financials framework setups and ability to configure setups that are required for technical components implementation and unit testing, these setups included but not limited to lookups, profile options, DFF's, custom roles and related technical admin setups etc.
  • Basic understanding of oracle cloud financials transaction flow and should be able to create transactions with minimal support for any technical components testing. partner with IT team, systems integrator lead and coordinate on technical solution deliverables

Governance, Change & Continuous Improvement
  • Support Oracle quarterly updates, including impact analysis and regression validation.
  • Identify and resolve performance issues, integration gaps, and technical debt.
  • Drive standardization, automation, and continuous improvement across the Oracle Cloud ecosystem.
  • Lead and implement technical solutions for onboarding acquired companies into QXO's Oracle Cloud Landscape, including data migration and integration.

What you'll bring:
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Specialized Knowledge & Skills
  • 7+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP technical experience
  • 5+ years of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) experience
  • Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Financials (GL, AP, AR, CM, FA, PPM)
  • Expertise in integration development (OIC, REST/SOAP, FBDI, HDL, file-based)
  • Experience with BI Publisher, OTBI, and enterprise reporting solutions
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with large, complex datasets
  • Experience with data conversion, migration, and reconciliation
  • Knowledge of Oracle Cloud security and role-based access control
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across integrated systems
  • Proven ability to operate as the primary technical owner across multiple systems and domains
