Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and support Oracle Planning Cloud, Demand Management, and Backlog Management modules.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to planning, demand management, and backlog processes.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and training workshops.
  • Develop testing scenarios, test scripts, and perform functional testing.
  • Coordinate with technical teams on custom reports, integrations, and Oracle Cloud migration activities.
  • Support migration and conversion initiatives from Oracle On-Premise EBS to Oracle Planning Cloud.
  • Develop and maintain Oracle Cloud Analytical Reports.
  • Support business users with day-to-day issues, enhancements, and customizations.
  • Conduct and support Conference Room Pilots (CRP) and UAT sessions.
  • Lead business design and requirements workshops.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand products, offers, orderability, and existing system capabilities.
  • Identify business process improvements and develop optimization strategies.
  • Coordinate project activities, meetings, issue discussions, and status reporting.
  • Deliver solutions within defined timelines and quality standards.
  • Assess risks, develop business cases, and present recommendations to leadership teams.
  • Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support.

A senior Oracle Planning Cloud Architect / Functional Consultant with strong techno-functional expertise in Oracle SCM Planning Cloud, Demand Management, Backlog Management, ASCP, Order Management, BOM, Oracle Purchasing, Demantra, OIC, and Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, with proven experience in cloud migration, business process optimization, CRP/UAT, analytical reporting, and post-Go-Live support.
