In the assigned Job Role of Package Project Lead 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
โ€ข Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies to ensure timely project completion
โ€ข Facilitate effective coordination between technical teams and client stakeholders by organizing regular meetings, sprints, and project phases to align expectations and objectives
โ€ข Support technical teams in executing development, integration, and customization stages of enterprise application packages, ensuring adherence to project requirements
โ€ข Monitor project deliverables across all phases to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations
Your contribution to the team:
โ€ข Proactive risk management to ensure project delivery.
โ€ข An ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders through effective communication
โ€ข Focus to anticipate challenges and deliver innovative solutions.

Required Skill and Experience
โ€ข Experience in multiple Oracle WMS Cloud implementations, upgrades, rollouts, and support engagements
โ€ข Act as functional consultant for inbound, outbound, internal warehouse operations, and inventory processes
โ€ข Conduct detailed business requirement workshops and warehouse process assessments
โ€ข Perform fit-gap analysis and design scalable Oracle WMS solutions aligned to business needs
โ€ข Configure Oracle WMS Cloud features including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, cycle counting, and replenishment
โ€ข Design and implement advanced warehouse strategies such as wave planning, task management, cross-docking, and slotting
โ€ข Lead integrations between Oracle WMS Cloud and Oracle Fusion Inventory, Order Management, Transportation Management, and third-party systems
โ€ข Collaborate with technical teams on OIC, REST APIs, and interface development
โ€ข Hands-on experience configuring Oracle WMS Cloud functionalities
โ€ข Experience integrating WMS Cloud with Oracle Fusion SCM modules (INV, OM, TMS)
โ€ข Knowledge of barcode, RF devices, and warehouse automation concepts
โ€ข Experience in data migration, master data setup, and reporting
Preferred Skill and Experience
โ€ข Industry experience in Retail, Manufacturing, eCommerce, or 3PL
โ€ข Experience as a Functional consultants, review configurations, test scripts, and deliverables
โ€ข Plan and execute SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare support
Additional Required Qualifications
โ€ข Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
