JOB SUMMARY:

A Lead Technical Consultant at Argano is a seasoned technical professional with deep technical expertise and is responsible for mid to large scale software development tasks as part of client projects. They are responsible for leading and delivering quality work independently on mid-size to large client projects. They work as part of a team and direct code reviews, and unit testing of the team on larger workstreams. They have demonstrated their ability to work with high quality on substantial project tasks independently as well as mentor and guide technical team members. This position is responsible for the identification of features, design, development, unit testing, and validation support of applications, processes, and solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead and manage mid to large scale software development projects.
  • Design, develop, implement, and deploy Oracle Integrations solutions.
  • Develop OIC integrations between Oracle Cloud applications and legacy applications.
  • Collaborate with clients and various cross functional teams to define and determine integration requirements and integration strategy.
  • Provides technical development leadership in strategic Oracle Cloud projects.
  • Continuously pursues advanced level technical acumen.
  • Provides Oracle Cloud development thought leadership and expertise.
  • Produces technology roadmaps in support of Argano vision and strategy.
  • Develops proof-of-concept prototypes and initial implementation models.
  • Monitors implementation activity to ensure architecture and design principles are upheld.
  • Ensures implementation solutions support architecture objectives (availability, scalability, performance, security, etc.), as appropriate.
  • Utilizes advanced leadership skills especially in the areas of persuasion, influence, conceptualizing solutions and problem solving.
  • Communicates complicated technical concepts effectively to a broad group of stakeholders.
  • Coaches and mentors Cloud Technical team members.
  • Utilizes a general understanding of the competitive landscape and corporate and business unit strategies to provide context for development decision making.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
  • Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Networks with key contacts outside own area of expertise.
  • Design and implement solutions, gather, and analyze requirements with business owner and organize discussion and infrastructure requirement analysis to meet the defined business criteria.
  • Work closely with client resources to transfer technical knowledge and give guidance on best practices
  • Ensure quality of development deliverables by applying proven testing methodologies
  • Provide knowledge transfer of Oracle's solutions and Integrations through meetings, presentation demonstrations
  • Maintain well documented procedural instructions to hand-off to client
  • Status reporting to engagement management
MINIMUM AND/OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Overall 7+ years of IT experience
  • Oracle Cloud Software as a Service (SaaS) Technical Development
  • Oracle Platform as a Service (PaaS) with a focus on Integration Cloud Service, Java Cloud Service, Database Cloud Service
  • Experience with integration development using Oracle Middleware solutions such as SOA Suite / Fusion Middleware.
  • Experience Extending Oracle SaaS footprints with PaaS (Creating custom applications in JCS or similar environment and integrating with Oracle Cloud Applications.)
  • Experience with Oracle Identity Manager, LDAP, MS Active Directory and identity propagation
  • Experience as solution architect / lead role in at least two full life cycle Oracle Cloud applications /On premise implementations
  • Expertise with Web Services and the use of Oracle Cloud delivered Web Services (SOAP & REST).
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud data conversion
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud SaaS Security
  • Technical skills in the creation of BI Publisher Reports; FRS (financial reporting studio) Reports and OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) reports
  • Functional concepts and understanding of all Oracle applications.
  • IT Professional with a Bachelor’s Degree in a technology-related field, with 8+ years of experience of Oracle ERP implementations.
  • Experience developing customer-facing interfaces.
  • Advanced knowledge of programming languages.
  • Experience creating and maintaining databases.
  • Experience working with Agile development technologies.
  • Advanced project management skills.
  • Experience managing multiple projects for different clients.
