Optometric Technician - Vision Health
Are you passionate about eye care and making a real difference in patients' lives? Join our team as an Optometric Technician I and help provide top-tier care while creating a seamless patient experience. What You'll Do:
  • Assist optometrists in delivering outstanding patient care, from pre-screening to post-exam follow-up
  • Perform diagnostic tests, gather patient medical histories, and assist in educating patients about their vision benefits
  • Guide patients in contact lens training, insurance verification, and scheduling their next visit
  • Ensure smooth patient flow by coordinating appointments and managing office communications

  • 1+ year of experience in customer service (optometric experience preferred but not required!)
