Full Time practice that is needing a doctor. Saturdays required. Loan Repayment offered.

About the practice

We are a full scope practice that has been providing exceptional eye care in Northern Virginia since 2006. Our practice has grown vastly and we now have 7 locations. Each office offers a comfortable and welcoming setting for our patients. We are a team of like-minded professionals whose goal is to provide honest & compassionate care in our community.

About the optometrist position

Our new optometrist will be a welcome addition to our team who is both personable and professional. We are seeking someone who is excited to treat patients within the full scope of their license. You will be a great fit for our team if you have a passion for primary eye care and are interested in working independently while also coordinating with other staff members and doctors. Our doctors are offered autonomy, independence and room to grow.This is a Full time position and we will need someone who is able to work Saturdays. As an optometrist in our practice, you will be expected to:

  • Perform comprehensive eye exams
  • Perform contact lens exams
  • Diagnose and assist in the treatment of ocular disease  ( Anterior care: red eyes and glaucoma )
  • Prescribe corrective lenses
  • Build strong doctor-patient relationships
  • Handle eyecare emergencies
