Title of Position: Restaurant General Manager

Job Description: The Restaurant General Manager instructs, trains, coaches and develops their staff to create an environment where enthusiastic people are recognized and rewarded for achieving both professional and personal goals. The Restaurant General Manager oversees the recruiting, hiring and the retention of superb employees. The person will also manage all cash control; enforce company guidelines, accounting, ordering and maintenance of all food and paper inventories. The Restaurant General Manager works to increase sales and profits while setting objectives and achieving success within the restaurant.

This opportunity can be a General Manager role with traditional salary and bonus program or if you are fully invested in this opportunity there is the option of personally investing in the opportunity and receiving 5-10% of the concept’s profits. There is also the opportunity to open additional locations.
