We are currently at a scaling stage. Your role is to lead the company’s AI transformation, accelerate development, implement scalable automation, and improve the efficiency of the engineering organization.

Goal: AI becomes a natural, integral part of how the company operates — not a separate experiment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Engineering Process Transformation
  • Develop and implement an AI transformation strategy focused on real business impact.
  • Identify processes (including HR, operations, knowledge management, reporting, internal communications) where AI delivers measurable benefits.
  • Gradually transform operational processes into a hybrid human + AI model.
  • Implement and improve engineering practices and development processes using AI.
  • Enhance the efficiency of the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Establish unified development standards and an engineering culture.
  • Manage changes within the engineering function.
2. AI Infrastructure & Automation
  • Develop secure internal AI infrastructure and tools.
  • Implement automation systems and productivity management platforms.
  • Unify information flows and knowledge storage systems.
  • Support the deployment of language models and AI solutions for internal processes.
  • Ensure governance to prevent chaotic and unsafe use of AI.
3. Working with Engineering Teams & Related Functions
  • Collaborate with heads of engineering and related departments (HR, operations, etc.).
  • Increase the speed and efficiency of task execution.
  • Standardize development processes and team interactions.
  • Support the adoption of new processes without losing efficiency.
  • Facilitate the integration of AI tools across various company functions.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement where AI is part of operational maturity, not a toy.
  • Train employees to work with AI tools.
  • Establish an approach where AI operations are continuously improved.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of AI initiatives through speed, cost, quality, and safety.

Requirements

Technical & Managerial Experience

  • 7+ years in senior engineering roles or AI transformation.
  • Experience managing engineering teams and collaborating with technical leads.
  • Strong technical background (development, infrastructure, AI).
  • Experience managing complex cross‑functional projects.

AI & Automation

  • Proven cases of AI and automation implementation.
  • Experience with AI tools, LLMs, and internal platforms.
  • Experience optimizing engineering processes through automation.
