Epic Optime Analyst
Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (Remote)
Role Overview
We are hiring Epic Optime Analysts to support perioperative workflows, application optimization, and ongoing enhancement initiatives. These individuals will play a key role in improving clinical systems, supporting end users, and driving continuous improvement across the Epic environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Actively stay current on Epic updates, features, and roadmaps.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and processes.
  • Manage multiple tickets, projects, and competing deadlines.
  • Break down complex issues, identify root causes, and recommend sustainable fixes.
  • Translate technical concepts effectively for clinical users.
  • Gather and interpret clinical requirements for system builds.
  • Build strong relationships with clinical and operational stakeholders.
  • Drive adoption of new features and enhancements.
Required Qualifications
Experience:
  • Strong experience in Epic, with Optime preferred.
  • Certified or experienced in at least one Epic module; Optime is strongly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of perioperative workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with Epic build and configuration.
  • Experience in a healthcare setting with exposure to perioperative workflows.

Skills:
  • Self-motivated with a drive to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Strong prioritization, organizational, and execution skills.

Work Environment
The work model is primarily remote. However, periodic onsite presence is required, and candidates must reside within approximately two hours of Philadelphia.
