Job SummaryThe Commercial Ops Analyst is responsible for preparing, analyzing, and revising contracts that involve the sale of medical devices and related products. Administer all aspects of the contract, including pricing, compliance, rebates, and reporting.This is a hybrid position, and the selected candidate will be required to work onsite in the Lake Zurich, Illinois office 3 days a week.Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 per yearFinal pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience level, education, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Our benefits and programs are comprehensive and thoughtfully crafted to ensure our colleagues live healthy lives and have support when it matters most.ResponsibilitiesPrepare thorough and accurate customer contracts, amendments, notices, price letters and quotes ensuring department processes are followed end-to-end.Facilitate cross-functional discussions for non-standard contract elements and customer redline requests.Work cross-functionally with the Commercial, Finance, and Legal teams on contract development, administration, compliance, and reporting.Administer customer-specific pricing and resolve customer pricing disputes.Maintain applicable files and/or databases for each contract which include the fully executed contract, historical contract versions, all approvals, changes/deviations, amendments, notices, manual billings, and rebate/admin fee payments.Manage contract expirations and administer customer contracts to ensure all deadlines and conditions described in the contract are met including, but not limited to, payment of admin fees and or rebates, processing of manual billings, and implementation of annual CPI or other price increases.Ensure the Med Device’s ERP System accurately reflects customer specific contractual elements related to payment terms, customer pricing, surcharges, discount, freight and minimum order charge condition records.Facilitate the processing of hardware orders and returns.Achieve established turn-around-time goals for document preparation and compliance obligations.Prepare and distribute ad hoc sales and management reports.Identify and support the implementation of process improvements in Commercial Operations.All employees are responsible for ensuring the compliance to company documents, programs and activities related to the Health, Safety, Environment, Energy, and Quality Management Systems, as per your roles and responsibilities.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in a related discipline preferred or equivalent work experience.3 years’ experience developing customer contracts and administering customer pricing (or related activity) within an Enterprise application environment.Excellent organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced deadline driven environment.Strong written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.Working knowledge of SAP (or other Enterprise system) with an understanding of maintaining master data relative to pricing; working knowledge of Vistex is a plus.Team player with ability to interact effectively cross-functionally and with all levels of management.Intermediate knowledge of MS Word and Excel.High level of learning aptitude.Knowledge of Medical Device products and Government contract/pricing experience is a plus.The Company’s primary business language is English.
