GBD Operations Analyst

Shift: Monday-Friday: This position may require weekends and/or holidays.

Location: Virtual - This role enables associates to work virtually full-time, except for required in-person training sessions, providing maximum flexibility and autonomy. This approach promotes productivity, supports work-life integration, and ensures essential face-to-face onboarding and skill development. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office.

The GBD Operations Analyst will be the use of this job is limited to the Health Plan. If you believe this to be the best match for your position, please consult with your Human Resources partner prior to using this job. Responsible for researching, analyzing, documenting and coordinating the resolution of escalated and/or complex claims issues for the Health Plan and requires expert knowledge of all systems, tools and processes.

  • Managing health plan dispute escalations

Minimum Requirements:

Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 5 years of claims research and/or issue resolution or analysis of reimbursement methodologies within the health care industry; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
