Earn $21.00-$23.00/hour + full benefits while helping members manage their finances. Credit Union of New Jersey is looking for a motivated and member-focused Bilingual (Spanish/English) Contact Center Representative to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer inbound calls from members regarding account questions, loans, and cards
  • Help with balances, transfers, and payments
  • Resolve issues and research account discrepancies
  • Recommend products and services that fit member needs

Position Requirements:
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); plus one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Excellent member service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work rotating Saturdays
