Job description

We are seeking a dependable, team-oriented Operations Support Specialist in Fort Worth, TX to provide administrative support to the Purchasing and Inventory Control department and the Director of Operations within a growing company. This role is responsible for preparing purchasing spreadsheets, processing purchase orders, reconciling confirmations, invoices, credits, and maintaining accurate records across Excel and Sage accounting systems. The position supports inventory management, inbound shipment tracking, 3PL services, freight auditing, and coordination with vendors, carriers, and the sales team. Additional duties include pricing support, promotional updates, quote maintenance, and reviewing AR invoices for accuracy and discrepancies. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities while supporting daily operational efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in administrative, purchasing, inventory control, or operations support
  • Strong proficiency in Excel
  • Ability to work within accounting or ERP systems
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
