Job description

We are seeking full time Customer Support Coordinators in North St Petersburg Florida,
Hours: 8am-5pm Monday - Thursday and 9am-4pm Fridays
Job Responsibilities:
• Assist in day-to-day operational tasks - both normal responsibilities and as requested
• Learn methodologies and become proficient in using Outlook, Salesforce, Excel, Word -- experience preferred

  • Answering phones providing customer service to vendors/customers.
  • Will be assisting customers with their gift cards.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree or 2 Years Experience in Customer support
• Excellent communication and time management skills
