We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Logistics & Freight Operations Associate to support daily warehouse and freight forwarding operations, including air, ocean, and ground shipments. This role combines hands-on warehouse work with shipment coordination and documentation support in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, pack, and stage shipments for air, ocean, and ground transport

  • Assist with inbound and outbound cargo handling

  • Support freight forwarding operations, including local and international shipments

  • Maintain accurate shipment records and documentation

  • Operate warehouse equipment including forklift (training provided if needed)

  • Use logistics software, scanners, and office equipment

  • Coordinate with team members, drivers, and operations staff

  • Ensure compliance with safety, security, and TSA-related procedures

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 6 months–3 years experience in warehouse, logistics, or freight operations
